Description
Family Tent Sales will begin at 10:00 am on the date listed on the Fair Program. All tent spaces must be purchased online. Only one tent space per transaction is allowed.
Purchase a spot on the fairgrounds to set up your personal tent so that you can establish a home base for your family and friends to spend the weekend at the MBS Parish Fair. Tent spaces are offered on a first-come, first-purchase basis with limited availability. With limited availability, we encourage families to team up together.
Spaces are available for the purchase price of $300 for the entire weekend. We also have 6 front row spaces available for $500. Spaces will be available for move-in beginning at noon on Friday. Move-out must be by 6:00 pm on Sunday.
After you purchase your tent space, the fair committee will contact you to let you pick your location. Order of contact will be determined by a lottery drawing after all tents are purchased.
RULES FOR FAMILY TENT SPACES:
- You must provide your own tent. Personal tents must be 10×10 in size. Larger tents will not be allowed.
- NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED. If outside food or drink are found in tent space, you and the families in your tent may forfeit all rights to that tent space for the remainder of the weekend.
- NO ICE CHESTS ALLOWED.
- Make it your own – Bring chairs, sofas, tables, TVs, radios, etc. (Must bring own power supply – only small, quiet residential generators will be permitted).
- Decorations are also encouraged.
- We will have designated areas for generators. Please bring plenty of extension cords to make sure your generator can be placed in the designated area.
- Security will be onsite during the weekend of the fair. MBS is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen property.
